The Wallcliffe Sauvignon Blanc Semillon is a tiny production from our Estate Vineyard situated within the Wallcliffe sub-region of Margaret River. The wine represents the vagaries of climate, individuality of site, the complementary characters of the two varieties and a restrained yet evocative winemaking approach. This wine will evolve to produce different characters and complexity over time and will benefit from medium term cellaring.

This wine combines traditional methods with fantastic natural fruit intensity for aromatic complexity and a fine, textured palate.

Cape Mentelle takes a minimal approach towards this classic Margaret River blend. The aim is to preserve as much fruit intensity and regional character as possible, whilst providing a full flavoured distinctive white wine. The style accentuates the fresh fruit characters of both varieties with the added complexity and palate weight offered by a small portion of barrel fermentation.

Georgiana is a fresh, vibrant expression of Margaret River Sauvignon Blanc. Every effort is utilised in the vineyard and the winery to promote the clean aromatics and punchy citrus characters of this variety. Georgiana is distinctively textural on the palate, with bright and refreshing acidity providing balance to create the perfect summer white.
