Truffles Unearthed Dinner - Thursday 29 July

To celebrate the WA Good Food Guide’s Truffles Unearthed Dinner Series, Guy Grossi has crafted a unique menu paying homage to the earthy delights of Western Australia's famous black truffles. Expertly delivered by Garum’s culinary team and Head Chef Stefano Pingue, this is an event not to be missed.

The dinner will be a five course journey through the best local produce WA has to offer, perfectly paired with Margaret River's Cape Mentelle wines for $229 per person. Hosted by Cape Mentelle Winemaker Coralie Lewis and Viticulturist David Moulton.
